Activities covered:

• Capable of processing multi-currency claims
• Process employee benefits claims like medical, dental and other expenses
• Verify the original claims submitted by employees against actual receipts to ensure compliance as well as ensuring that the claims are correctly captured under the taxable / non-taxable categories
• Approve claims once verification is done
• Track for receipts for those claims that were approved on exception basis
• Produce claims reports by claims categories
• Update claims limits or exceptions whenever necessary
